Tenfoot Trek

The Tenfoot Trek was an original event that took place at the same time as the Tenfoot Swim and took place first in 2017. After seeing off the swimmers from Tenby’s North Beach, participants then embarked upon a walk – or trek – along the coastal path from Tenby to Saundersfoot.

Walkers did not only take on the breath-taking views of the Pembrokeshire Coast but they were also able to track the progress of the swimmers as they swam the 5k distance. Entry into the trek also contributed to charitable donations as a local guide took the Trek group along the coastal path route.

Due to the Swim Run event, due to take place in 2019, the Trek was retired in 2018 to allow the coastal path to be as clear as possible for swim-runners exiting the water.
