2020 marks the 4th Annual TenFoot Swim from Tenby to Saundersfoot via the stunning Pembrokeshire coastline.
The 5km TenFoot swim takes place on Saturday 11th July 2020.
Entry is strictly via the online booking system with no on the day booking, entries are limited so early booking is recommended to avoid disappointment.
Details of registration and swim start time will be available on this website, our facebook page and will be emailed to entrants nearer the event.
Swimmers will enter the water from North Beach (Tenby) then swim to Monkstone Beach (half way point) where they will leave the water for a mandatory safety check and much needed feed station.
On completion of the safety check, all swimmers will enter the water and swim through the ‘rocky’ gap at Monkstone Point. This will be marshalled by the organiser’s safety kayakers, then track the stunning Pembrokeshire Coastline to Swallow Tree, The Glen, and then finally finishing on Saundersfoot’s main Beach where a great party atmosphere awaits
For safety reasons there is a 2-hour cut-off time for swimmers to reach the check point at Monkstone Beach.
The wearing of a wet suit and swim buoy are compulsory, and all swimmers MUST provide both to take part in the swim.
The organisers will provide a service to transfer personal belongings from Tenby to Saundersfoot, but entrants are required to make their own arrangements for the return journey, back to Tenby.
Entry is £50 (plus fees) and participants will receive: Special Edition Tenfoot Swim Medal/Bottle Opener; a TenFoot Swim Technical Training T-shirt and a Silicone swim cap (Given at Registration).
